Senior Life Network

held more than 700 exercise classes, and dozens of health screening events including blood sugar, blood pressure, PSA, and hearing. SLN Dispensed 43 free flu shots to seniors and provided more than 40 educational programs including the following: healthy cooking demonstration, Diabetes management course, senior fraud seminar, lunch and learn presentations with local physicians, weight loss program, sleep disorder presentation, safe driving courses, home health care presentation, and assisted living presentation. Programs also covered topics such as Alzheimers, heart health, stroke awareness, lowering your cancer risk, and senior fitness.
